Alyson Fosnot focuses her practice on general liability issues with significant experience in trucking and transportation in state and federal court across Indiana. Alyson has experience handling trucking and transportation matters at all stages of litigation from pre-suit inspections through the appellate level. Additionally, Alyson has experience managing a diverse case load including wrongful death matters, premise liability matters, professional liability matters, contract claims, first-party bad faith claims, and UM/UIM disputes.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Alyson was a partner at a regional insurance defense firm following her tenure at an AM 100 law firm. At both firms, Alyson developed skills to efficiently evaluate the full risk picture, advocate for her clients, and resolve numerous cases across Indiana.
