Kass is an associate with a broad focus on commercial, civil and insurance disputes. She practises in Alberta and has represented clients before the Provincial Court and the Court of King’s Bench.
A skilled associate in commercial, civil and insurance disputes, Kass was called to the Calgary bar in 2017. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria, and her Juris Doctor, from Thompson Rivers University.
Known for her pragmatic, logical and goal-oriented approach, Kass has assisted with a wide range of commercial and insurance litigation matters, including insurance fraud, contract disputes, debt enforcement, construction disputes, professional negligence, bodily injury and subrogation. She practises in Alberta and has represented clients before the Provincial Court and the Court of King’s Bench.
Prior to Clyde & Co, Kass worked for a regional firm with a focus on insurance defence, as well as commercial and civil litigation. Today, she is actively involved in the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), including in her role as Vice-president of the Calgary Insurance South Section of the CBA.
Outside the office, Kass enjoys spending time with her husband and dog exploring the Prairies.
