Dawda advises clients on banking, corporate, insurance, M&A, taxation, and dispute resolution matters. Drawing on his extensive experience, he provides expert guidance on complex legal matters to a diverse range of clients across Ghana.
Dawda is a licensed Chartered Accountant and Chartered Taxation practitioner and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he had a distinguished career in the banking and finance sector, holding various roles, including Chief Finance Officer of Beige Bank (now part of Consolidated Bank Ghana), Chief Operations Officer, Head of Credit, and Internal Auditor. His extensive background in finance and banking serves as the foundation of his professional expertise.
