Eugénie specialises in dispute resolution, with a focus on insurance and civil liability. She advises and represents both national and international companies before French courts and in arbitration.
Eugénie focuses her practice on coverage and defence issues in matters of engineering, professional and financial disputes, product and fire liability, data security and fraud.
Eugénie holds a master’s degree from the University of Aix-en-Provence and Montpellier. Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2017, she worked with leading insurance law firms before joining Clyde & Co in 2021.
She practices both in English and in French.
