Experience

• Assisting a client to recover USD 1 million from a company that had procured its services but failed to pay for the work done.
• Advising a client on requirements for data transfer outside the jurisdiction of Ghana.
• Representing a client against a former employee who had breached the terms of his employment and also abused his position to obtain contracts for a subsidiary company in which he had an interest, causing the client a loss of approximately USD 4.2 million. This matter was settled with the parties agreeing to resolve the matter out of court.
• Successfully defending a client in a real estate dispute worth approximately USD 500,000.
