Lilla Kontakos has worked in the Corporate and Commercial practice area for the past five years.

During this time, Lilla has advised ASX listed entities, multi-national companies and small to medium businesses in relation to mergers, acquisitions and all related processes including due diligence, transaction documentation and completion.

Lilla also has extensive experience assisting her clients with corporate insurance matters, corporate governance work, commercial agreements (including supplier, licensing, service, joint venture, collaboration, intellectual property, technology and referral agreements) and commercial negotiations for the purpose of dispute resolution.
