Sean Keyes maintains a civil litigation defense practice focused on professional liability cases, representing attorneys and other licensed professionals in malpractice claims. Before joining Clyde & Co, Sean clerked for Judge Moriarty in Snohomish County Superior Court.

Sean brings to his practice valuable risk management experience from his career in banking, where he advised members of a board of directors on compliance risk matters.

An emerging civil procedure scholar, Sean has presented his work at the annual Civil Procedure Workshop.
