Grant also represents board members in homeowner association claims, and has acted for architects, lawyers, and estate agents in professional liability cases.
Grant’s work often involves managing complex indemnity, contribution and subrogation claims, as well as home warranty disputes. He brings deep experience in defending against premises liability, vehicle accidents, and product liability actions.
Regularly serving as an arbitrator in King and Pierce County, Grant has also played an active role in the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers, including serving on its Board and editing its publication, Defense News.
