Jonathan is a Legal Director who specialises in resolving commercial and professional disputes through litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
Jonathan has significant experience of professional liability matters. In addition to civil claims, he frequently advises on regulatory issues, acting for clients in relation to regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings. He also advises on corporate and banking disputes, partnership disputes and misrepresentation claims.
Jonathan has published articles on legal issues, including in Solicitors Journal and CDR (Commercial Dispute Resolution) magazine.
