Since 2002, Greg has specialised in Insurance and Risk litigation across a broad range of claims including motor, EL, PL, FAIs and high value and catastrophic loss. He acts for dentists, doctors, opticians, beauticians, nurses and care homes in relations to clinical negligence matters of the most serious nature. In addition he leads a practice dealing with accidents abroad, defending tour operators, hotels and aviation companies against all manner of claims from sickness, injuries and fatalities. As a complex loss specialist he is regularly instructed in claims where there are difficult issues to consider or where the value of the claim is very significant across the spectrum of motor, EL and PL claims.
As a solicitor advocate he appears in all courts and has been involved in a number of high profile litigations, most recently acting as junior counsel for claims arising from the Glasgow Bin Lorry tragedy and, as a result, is a expert in fatal claims and in relation to primary and secondary victim issues.
