Martyna is an attorney-at-law specializing in dispute resolution and the comprehensive legal support of businesses, with a strong focus on complex commercial and corporate disputes. She has extensive experience representing clients in complex commercial and corporate disputes before civil courts. In her practice, she has advised companies from the IT, fintech and construction sectors, supporting them both in risk mitigation and dispute prevention strategies, as well as in resolving disputes through litigation.

She has represented parties in disputes arising, among others, from construction contracts and IT project implementations, as well as in proceedings related to transactional disputes connected with M&A transactions. Her experience also includes cases involving liability for economic and financial crimes (white collar crime). Martyna acts as defence counsel and attorney for injured parties, providing strategic, end‑to‑end protection of her clients’ interests.

Martyna’s advisory work also includes providing strategic and litigation support to a global IT corporate group in complex corporate disputes, including shareholder exclusion proceedings, company dissolution and numerous proceedings challenging resolutions of shareholders’ meetings.

  • Representing a Polish construction company in a dispute over a public use building contract of regional importance, involving mutual termination and high value monetary claims.
  • Representing a developer belonging to one of the largest real estate groups in Central Europe in infrastructure disputes against the City of Warsaw and a municipal company concerning critical water, sewage and stormwater installations, with the total value of the parties’ claims exceeding PLN 100 million.
  • Representing investment funds and SPV companies in disputes arising from complex M&A transactions, including issues related to Due Diligence findings and contractual claims, particularly concerning warranty and representation liability.
