Patricia joined Clyde & Co’s Madrid office in October 2022, after gaining experience in the litigation and insolvency departments of several top-tier law firms.
Her practice is mainly focused on a broad range of contentious matters related to insurance disputes, with particular expertise in industrial risks, machinery breakdown, fires, fraud, tort law, personal injury claims and labour-related claims arising in an insurance context.
Patricia studied Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and also completed the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at the same university.
