Angela practises insurance law, with a primary focus on insurance coverage and policy drafting. She advises insurers on complex coverage issues and conducts coverage reviews and investigations involving commercial general liability, property, personal lines, directors’ and officers’ liability, professional liability, and employment practices liability policies. She also drafts policy wordings across these lines of insurance.
Angela also handles insurance defence matters, including construction claims, personal injury matters, and professional liability matters.
She appears before all levels of court in British Columbia and has also appeared before the Manitoba Court of Appeal.
