Arturo has been involved in numerous transactions advising local and foreign clients throughout the entire acquisition, development and financing process of real estate projects, such as shopping centres, office and residential buildings and power plants.
He also provides corporate and business advice to local companies and subsidiaries of transnational corporations in different areas, such as construction, technology, retail, distribution and supply.
In renewable energy industry his experience includes the permanent support to owners and main contractors in wind power station and solar plants, handling EPC and BoP contracts, among others.
Experience
- Advising a private owned retail companies on its reorganisation and restructuring, merger and acquisitions, with a view to achieving operational and corporate efficiency.
- Advising a global leader manufacturer and supplier of LCD, TVs and display solutions in South America, in commercial and corporate matter on a daily basis, serving as a member of the board in Chile and Perú.
- Advising on the acquisition, subsequent asset management and sale of residential housing.
- Advising real estate developers in corporate matters and project finance.
- Advising real estate developers dividing and merging lots in urban and rural areas.
- Advising a main contractor in the installation of a solar plant in the north of Chile with a 126 MW of installed capacity, under a USD 18m contract.
- Advising a main contractor in the construction of wind power stations in the south of Chile with a 73 MW of installed capacity, under a USD 24m contract.
- Advising a main contractor in the construction of wind power stations in the south of Chile with a 108 MW of installed capacity, under a USD 33m contract.
