Miguel holds a Law degree from the University of Seville and completed a combined LL.M. and Master’s Degree in Corporate and Financial Law. - Representing the owners of a ship in a vessel arrest following a minor oil spillage, working through international maritime law to secure the release of the vessel.
- Advising a client on a complex project cargo dispute related to the transport of heavy machinery and materials for a construction project.
- Representing various cargo owners and their insurers in court proceedings for a recovery claim against road carriers concerning small-weight cargo.
- Representing clients in court proceedings for complex cargo claim recoveries, including advocating for insurers in a trial concerning damage to goods during international transport.
