Abhinav is a Law Graduate in the Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss team at Clyde & Co. His practice focuses on personal injury and insurance related disputes, including catastrophic injury, public liability, property damage and institutional abuse matters.

He assists in the management of litigated and unlitigated claims on behalf of domestic and international insurers, working closely with senior practitioners across complex coverage and defence matters.

Abhinav has experience supporting matters across multiple Australian jurisdictions and is involved in all stages of litigation. His experience has contributed to his commercially focused and detail-oriented approach to dispute resolution.

Having recently completed his law degree and legal training, Abhinav is currently progressing towards admission in New South Wales. Abhinav is committed to delivering practical and client-focused outcomes while developing expertise in complex insurance and liability disputes.

Advising insurers in relation to policy interpretation, insurance slip wordings, placements and exclusion clauses.

Acting in complex multi-party personal injury disputes arising from major commercial developments and construction site incidents.

Acting in personal injury matters involving injuries sustained at hotels, residential and commercial premises and alpine resorts.

Advising insurers on complex dual insurance issues, indemnity disputes and coverage defences.
