She works closely with senior practitioners on issues relating to policy construction and coverage response, including exclusions, allocation, non‑disclosure and defence costs.
She regularly supports insurers with coverage advice and claims monitoring, including detailed defence cost assessments and analysis of indemnity exposure across primary and excess layers. Jade has also assisted in defending directors and companies in claims brought by regulators, shareholders and liquidators, often involving allegations of breaches of directors’ duties, misleading or deceptive conduct and statutory breaches.
Jade is known for her strong analytical skills, drawing on her background in intelligence analysis to manage large volumes of complex information and contribute to clear, commercially focused advice. She is also a passionate Strategy Lead in the Clyde & Co Disability, Neurodiversity and Accessibility Employee Resource Group.
