Laura joined Clyde & Co’s Madrid office in 2020, after spending her previous career years at the Litigation & Arbitration departments of two major national law firms.
Laura focuses on litigation, including both domestic and international claims, and actively deals with litigious and non-litigious proceedings. She particularly focuses in the areas of construction, fires, insurance coverage disputes, and tort law and professional indemnity. She advises clients at the pre-litigation stages and out-of court settlements.
Her experience in dispute resolution includes not only litigation but also monitoring international claims and working with lawyers and experts from other jurisdictions.
