Joanna is a Professional Support Lawyer in Clyde & Co’s Dispute Resolution Group and is based in the Dubai office.  

Joanna has been based in the Middle East since 2018 specialising in commercial litigation and contentious employment actions.  Joanna has extensive experience acting for commercial and private clients in shareholder disputes, property disputes and general contractual disputes including debt recovery at the onshore Dubai Courts, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) as well as before tribunals in domestic and international arbitrations.   

Prior to relocating to Dubai, Joanna trained and qualified at Clyde & Co’s Edinburgh office where she defended major insurers, reinsurers and commercial clients in employers’ liability actions.
