Rose Sethi

Rose has advised on a number of development projects, working with clients operating in Energy &Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Projects & Construction sectors.

Rose is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. She holds an LLB from Queen Mary, University of London, and an LLM in Human Rights Law, awarded with distinction, from SOAS, University of London.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Rose trained and qualified at Farrer & Co in London. 

Experience

Projects and construction

• Advising the Federal Government of Ethiopia (through the Ethiopian Airlines Group) on a USD 12 billion new airport in Addis Ababa. 
• Advising the Federal Government of Somalia (through the Africa Legal Support Facility) on its concession agreement with Turkish contractor Albayrak Group for the rehabilitation and operation of Mogadishu Port.
• Advising a development company, ZV Devco on the construction of a passenger and RoRo Ferry Terminal in Zanzibar.

• Advising the Duchy of Lancaster and Duchy of Cornwall on complex land sales across England*
• Advising the Church Commissioners for England on lease agreements and portfolio strategies*
