Shreya Shah

Shreya Shah's current practice focuses on general and commercial liability matters while also working on some insurance coverage disputes. She advises and represents clients across liability claims, commercial litigation matters, and related coverage issues. 

Before joining Clyde, Shreya worked on complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and appellate work. Some previous roles have touched on intellectual property and privacy advising. Right after graduating law school, she started her career clerking for a judge in Colorado state court, gaining experience in criminal, domestic relations, and probate matters. She has had experience working in-house handling commercial contracts within a business setting while in law school.   

Across these roles, she has built a diverse practice, with particular depth in liability defense, commercial disputes, coverage, and business-facing advisory work. She is focused on a diverse practice to approach issues with a well-rounded perspective.
