Tara Sanderson handles a wide array of litigation matters representing clients in the Liability & Excess Coverage practice group.
Tara’s litigation experience includes early case assessment and strategic planning through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and resolution.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Tara gained valuable experience handling a variety of complex commercial litigation matters representing professionals, closely held businesses, and insurance companies in various industries including construction, property maintenance and cleaning, hospitality, and retailers involving claims arising from and related to commercial practices, premises liability, contract disputes, and various employment claims. She has also defended claims arising under consumer protection and false advertising statutes under the FDCPA.
Tara served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stephen L. Petrillo, Justice of the Supreme Court in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, where she facilitated resolutions in family law matters. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
