Alexandra is a rigorous and pragmatic lawyer who quickly identifies the issues at hand and seeks legal and business-oriented solutions to effectively resolve conflicts.
Alexandra's practice is mainly focused on the defence of various professionals mainly working in the fields of business, construction and insurance. She also represents directors and officers in addition to various professional orders, both at the civil and administrative levels. Finally, Alexandra defends insurers with respect to litigious insurance coverage issues. She regularly appears before Quebec courts, including the Court of Appeal.
Alexandra joined Clyde & Co in 2012 after completing her internship at a national law firm. She is a member of Clyde's international work group on cyber liability and takes part in the recruitment process of our stagiaires.
Alexandra was called to the Quebec Bar in 2012 and graduated from the University of Montreal in 2011. During her studies, she obtained numerous bursaries in addition to completing her baccalaureate with an honourable mention.
Alexandra collaborated in drafting the Guide du décideur administrative published by Éditions Yvon Blais, covering procedural equity in the different administrative non disciplinary processes at professional orders. She was also published numerous articles and has given talks on professional law, risk mitigation and civil procedure.
