Jeremia has successfully advised and represented clients on a broad range of litigation, tax, employment and general commercial matters. He is also trained and practises in transactional legal matters cutting across mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, banking, finance and competition law.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Jeremia was a legal counsel of the Tanzania Revenue Authority handling litigation and prosecution of tax cases against domestic and multinational companies.
Jeremia has also worked as a legal manager for Helios Towers Tanzania, an experience which gave him valuable insight into telecommunication transactions, corporate regulatory and compliance issues, civil litigation and general commercial matters.
He is a duly registered advocate and a member to both the Tanganyika Law Society and the East African Law Society.
