Sukhdeep Thandi (Sukhi) is an English qualified corporate associate in Clyde & Co’s corporate group and is based in the Doha office. She advises investors, growth companies and multinational corporates on a broad spectrum of cross border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, general corporate advisory, strategic reorganisations and a wide range of commercial agreements across Qatar, the UK and the wider GCC.
Sukhi has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the energy, infrastructure, private equity, professional services, retail and consumer, and technology sectors.
Sukhi is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. She holds a BA (Hons) Law degree (LLB) and completed the Legal Practice Course.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Sukhi worked in both private practice and in house roles. Her experience includes advising a private equity investor as part of their in house corporate/commercial legal team, and acting for corporate and owner managed clients in UK private practice on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advisory, reorganisations and various commercial law matters. She also gained GCC legal experience through earlier corporate/commercial roles in Dubai.
Sukhi is fluent in English and Punjabi.
