Always ready to help others, he is quick-thinking and able to answer the most complex legal questions in clear terms. Vincent is highly regarded by his peers and his clients as a versatile legal practitioner. Fluent in French and English, he joined Clyde & Co’s Montreal office as an articling student in 2019 before being called to the Bar and becoming a lawyer with the firm in 2020.
Vincent is an ardent music lover (jazz, classical) and theatre fan, but he is also passionate about science. He first completed a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics before pursuing studies in law (LL.B. from the Université de Montréal). A bright student who was awarded several prizes (dean’s honour list several times, De Grandpré Chait prize for excellence in business law), Vincent is particularly interested by legal nuances and the comprehensive framework they provide for our society.
As a lawyer with a varied litigation practice, Vincent’s expertise is particularly focused on issues of civil and professional liability, privacy law, the prevention of data breaches and the legal response required in the event of breach.
Outside of work, Vincent is undoubtedly playing one of his favourite sonatas on the piano.
