Danny Worker’s primary areas of practice include serving as national coordinating counsel, appellate monitoring counsel, and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation throughout the United States. He has tried cases nationally and has long handled rapid response to supplement trial teams in high exposure litigation. His additional experience includes complex business and commercial litigation, construction, consumer financial services, first-party property, class action and mass tort, environmental litigation, aviation, transportation, hospitality, and marine and energy. Danny has tried, arbitrated, or mediated cases nationally.

- Liability defense and coverage issues in defect and injury cases, involving multi-year construction projects; defective installation, delay damages, interpretation of contract law, consumer protection law, condominium law, punitive damages.
- Defense of motor vehicle, premises liability, construction defect, construction injury, agency, rail, breach of employment agreements, breach of contract.
- Defended claims and provided coverage analysis in the hospitality industry for claims involving damages from delay to opening of casino due to faulty construction, food poisoning, construction defects at a theme park hotel, sub-leases for franchisees of restaurant properties, wrongful death.
- Defended claims and provided coverage analysis for motor vehicle cases, rail, FELA, and aviation claims.
