Nikolaus is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer in our Munich office, focussing on complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional (re-)insurance claims and disputes. He has extensive experience of acting as coverage and defence counsel covering Litigation, International Arbitration, and all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). In addition, Nikolaus is experienced in the general handling of insurance claims since he has been on several secondments to claims handling departments of a major insurer.

Specially certified in commercial and corporate law (Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht), Nikolaus is also experienced in banking, commercial, corporate and construction disputes. He frequently advised clients in M&A projects, particularly in the insurance and financial services sector.
