Jeremy represents and advises clients in infrastructure, engineering, and construction related disputes which arise from projects in Singapore and around the region.
He has represented developers, contractors, and construction professionals in international arbitrations under the SIAC, VIAC, ICC as well as ad-hoc rules, at all levels of the Singapore Courts, adjudications under Singapore’s Building and Construction Security of Payment Act, and at mediations. Jeremy also has experience representing and advising clients in a diverse range of matters. These include advising on schemes of arrangement, shareholder disputes, directors’ duties, liability for personal injury, and on criminal liability.
He has been an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore since 2015.
