Clyde & Co are pleased to announce that they have been appointed to act on a portfolio of PFI projects operated by the Skanska / Innisfree consortium. The three year appointment involves all the legal services needed to support the provision of facilities and services by the consortium at four major hospitals in the Midlands.
The Clyde & Co team was led by Liz Jenkins and Robert Meakin, partners in Clyde & Co's infrastructure practice. Liz said: "Infrastructure projects including operational PFI projects are a sector of real strength for the firm, and our success in this formal tender process is recognition of the enhanced depth and breadth of our experience and resource in this area, since the Shadbolt projects practice joined Clyde & Co earlier this year."
Clyde & Co will take over the projects from the incumbent law firms (Clifford Chance and CMS Cameron McKenna) on 1 June 2010.
