Ben Gillespie said: "This strategic acquisition for ADP in the Gulf region required commerciality, creative thinking and a strong team effort. Having assisted ADP with the establishment of their Dubai operations we are pleased to have successfully delivered this transaction overcoming a variety of regional challenges while ensuring that a high-standard of legal advice and client service were maintained at all times."
