Global law firm Clyde & Co has advised Chatsworth Schools, a rapidly expanding independent schools group backed by leading growth investor Synova Capital, on its acquisition of Tiny Toes Children's Day Nursery and Pre-School in Oxfordshire.
The transaction marks the twelfth acquisition of Chatsworth since its incorporation less than two years ago as it continues to build a market-leading group of outstanding schools. The initial Chatsworth platform comprised five schools in London and the Home Counties and the group still has a strong pipeline of future acquisitions.
The Clyde & Co team was led by Partner, Simon Gamblin, who was supported by Associates, Ben Chalkley and Arjun Mehta.
