Sophie has advised clients on commercial and investment arbitration matters under a range of institutional rules, including the ICC, LCIA and SIAC, and across multiple jurisdictions in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Sophie's experience includes advising sovereign States, private and State-owned entities, with a focus on construction and energy-related disputes.
She also regularly represents clients before French civil and commercial courts.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Sophie worked in French and international law firms in international arbitration and litigation. In particular, she practiced for three years as an associate in the Dispute Resolution team of the Singapore office of another international law firm, advising multinational companies and sovereign States across Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and Mongolia, acting notably in the construction and energy sectors.
Sophie qualified as an Avocate à la Cour and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas, a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Sciences Po Paris.
She handles arbitration in English and French and speaks Italian.
