Jad Doudar brings experience in all stages of litigation and investigations with a focus on consumer warranty and products liability matters. Jad has extensive background representing automotive manufacturers in commercial and consumer breach of warranty cases in state and federal court.
Jad has represented Fortune 100 companies, multinational retail corporations, original equipment manufacturers, insurers, and airlines in a range of matters, including contract and tort disputes, consumer protection and warranty claims, Proposition 65 claims, products liability, class actions, employment disputes, habitability claims, personal injury, premises liability, and aviation litigation.
Prior to his litigation practice, Jad advised international companies on business restructurings, corporate governance, and general commercial matters.
Jad is fluent in French and Arabic.
