Jenny Galoyan

Full Profile

Jenny Galoyan is a member of the firm’s Liability & Excess Coverage practice group. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Jenny developed a unique legal background in both domestic and international law.

With respect to her domestic legal practice, Jenny interned with a superior court judge as well as at an immigration law firm during her 1L and 2L years. Following law school, Jenny worked at a mid-sized law firm which specialized in employment and labor law and personal injury litigation.

In her international legal practice, Jenny interned at a law firm in the EU which specialized in cryptocurrency, NFT, corporate, and intellectual property law. Additionally, Jenny studied abroad twice in law school: once at the University of Vienna, where she studied law and business in the EU, and a second time in Munich, where she gained firsthand insight into the European patent system.
