Craig McAdam heads up the Commercial Litigation Team in Manchester. He has more than 20 years of experience in regulatory and commercial litigation, representing corporates and individuals in a full range of commercial disputes.
Throughout his career, Craig has represented hundreds of businesses in claims relating to financing and breach of contract including claims for misselling financial instruments.
Additionally, Craig advises on minority shareholder claims, partnership disputes, and business disputes. He has also acted for energy companies in relation to Enterprise Act claims and breach of anti-trust rules (price fixing) litigation.
Craig’s main aim is to assist clients in de-risking litigation by offering commercial funding solutions tailored to their litigation needs. He also aims to assist clients in reaching a quick settlement on the best commercial terms.
