Since joining Clyde & Co in 2018 Josh has commenced and defended claims in litigation and adjudication and is a member of the Construction team in Bristol.
Josh acts on a wide range of construction disputes. Before qualification Josh spent four years working in the industry, first at an M&E contractor and then as a consultant. Since qualifying Josh has developed a practice specialising in acting on claims for contractors (including international and Tier 1) and specialist subcontractors, particularly M&E.
Josh has particular experience in the energy from waste, nuclear and rail sectors, in addition to more traditional building projects. Josh is familiar with many of the domestic and international forms of building contracts and is an accredited NEC3 ECC Project Manager.
