Reagan Roy focuses his practice on casualty insurance defense and complex liability matters. Reagan represents insurers, businesses, and insured parties in a broad range of claims, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, property damage, fire and water losses, and abuse-related allegations. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, from early case assessment and investigation through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Reagan served as a public defender at the King County Department of Public Defense, where he gained extensive courtroom and trial experience representing clients in high-stakes matters.
