With a wealth of practical experience in international cargo transportation matters, Carol has been a trusted legal advisor to top global insurers,, focusing on the resolution of cargo claim disputes in relation to air, sea and road transportation. She is well placed in handling complex cargo damage claims, including but not limited to issues pertaining to policy liability, subrogation rights, multimodal transportation issues, and risk mitigation during transportation.

Conducting amicable negotiations on behalf of a Canadian state-owned insurer in a subrogated claim under product liability policies and successfully recovered full claim amount of approximately USD800,000.
