Laura is listed in Who's Who of Construction Lawyers as a leading construction lawyer and by Global Chambers as a Band 1 international dispute resolution lawyer. 

Laura's non-contentious construction workload includes acting as project counsel and advising on major infrastructure projects in Qatar, advising on Qatar law issues as well as drafting and advising on standard form and bespoke contracts and appointments for construction projects in Qatar.  Her contentious workload includes advising on international and domestic arbitrations, mediations, expert determinations and proceedings in the local courts. 

Laura has been recognised as a Thought Leader in Who's Who Legal: Thought Leaders - Construction 2020 and is recommended in the top tier of all leading independent legal directories including Chambers Global and Legal 500.

Laura is Coordinator for the Society of Construction Law in Qatar.  Laura is originally a scientist having studied natural sciences at Cambridge University. She then obtained an LLB degree from London University and has been practising in the Middle East for over 15 years.
