Lindsay frequently acts as senior counsel for architects, engineers, mortgage and insurance brokers, health and wellness professionals, stratas, landlords, bars and restaurants, large retail operations and maintenance companies. A large portion of her practice involves personal injury defence.
Lindsay has experience representing clients at all levels of court in Canada. She has appeared in provincial and supreme courts, in both trial and chambers. She also has experience practicing in several administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal and the Civil Resolutions Tribunal. She has significant experience with mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Lindsay enjoys being involved in the legal community, particularly with respect to student development and mentorship. She has provided seminars to various industry groups on topics including damages, builders liens and professional standards of care. She has also volunteered as a moot court judge at the UBC Allard School of Law, and has been a guest lecturer at the University of British Columbia and Thompson Rivers University School of Law.

Acted as counsel for engineers in claims respecting allegedly negligent design of roadways, sprinkler systems, and residential building components
Acted as counsel for manufacturers and retailers in claims for damages arising from defective products, including bathroom fittings, medical equipment, footwear and commercially manufactured food products
Acted as counsel for owners, tenants and maintenance contractors in slip and fall and trip and fall cases
Acted as counsel for physiotherapists, nurses and laser technicians in claims regarding injuries arising from allegedly negligent provision of services
Acted as counsel for many other professionals in myriad other claims, including architects, realtors, lawyers, mortgage brokers, arborists, wedding planners and interior designers
