Energy Essentials Legal Training Course: Decommissioning Legal Considerations

Overview

We are delighted to invite you and your colleagues to our 7th Energy Essentials Legal Training Course, tailored for in-house counsel, contract managers and commercial managers in the energy sector.

This year, the training course will take place virtually and we are spreading our usual full-day event across six 1 hour sessions, each taking place on Tuesdays and Thursdays in March - all of which qualify for CPD in the UK.

Our third session will be on decommissioning legal considerations, including perspectives on the regulatory framework, SPAs and related disputes, security agreements and obligations, environmental law, deconstruction issues and insurance claims.
