Nous comprenons les enjeux qui touchent les propriétaires internationaux, les promoteurs immobiliers, les occupants, les conseils locaux et autres autorités et les investisseurs, et sommes à même d’appuyer nos clients de main de maître tout au long du cycle de vie de la propriété.

La majorité de notre travail dans ce domaine concerne les transactions, notamment en ce qui a trait aux finances, à la planification et aux relations avec les occupants et les locataires. Nous avons aussi une équipe dédiée au litige dans le domaine de l’immobilier, qui utilise tous les modes de résolution des différends et qui maîtrise particulièrement le règlement des demandes, l’arbitrage et les poursuites en justice.

    Advising on the acquiring of a site at London Fields, Warburton Road, Hackney for a GDV of £65m. The site is to be developed to comprise 58 dwellings with commercial spaces.

    Of some 1.2m sq ft at a former commercial building in Blackfriars, working alongside Network Rail. GDV in excess of £1.5bn.

    In an area of outstanding natural beauty. Accordingly, this was extremely sensitive from a planning perspective and local occupiers. We satisfied the planning condition and completion of the acquisition of the site, the entry into an agreement for lease for a market rent occupational interest in respect of the whole site to a hotel chain, and the forward funding of the development costs associated.

    Secured a deal comprising 9 well located, high yielding retail warehouse assets in England and Scotland for £43m and the simultaneous refinance of Lunar Portfolio – totalling 23 multi let estates with a combined value of £130m plus.
