Clyde & Co represents Virtuos in acquisition of real-time visual effects studio Beyond-FX

Singapore, 2 April 2024: Global law firm Clyde & Co represented Virtuos, a leading global video game development company based in Singapore, in its acquisition of Beyond-FX, a full-service visual effects (VFX) studio, in Los Angeles, United States.

Beyond-FX will be Virtuos’ first full-service VFX studio in North America

Through the acquisition of Beyond-FX, Virtuos will have its first full-service VFX studio in North America, strengthening the company's game development offerings for clients in the region. Founded in 2015, Beyond-FX is a preeminent studio in the field of real-time VFX for AAA games.
