Clyde & Co re-appointed to HealthTrust Europe's legal services panel

Global law firm Clyde & Co has today announced that it has been re-appointed to the legal services panel for HealthTrust Europe, having been first appointed to the panel in 2015.

HealthTrust Europe procures, manages and facilitates framework agreements and contracts on behalf of University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW) and other NHS organisations. It also provides logistics and other procurement and supply chain services.

Clyde & Co presented a multi-practice team in its submission, highlighting its experience in the many specialisms covered by the Framework Agreement, including: healthcare (including mental health law); litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration and investigations; contract and commercial law; employment, pensions and employee related tax law; property, estates, energy and environmental law; corporate governance; corporate finance & public private partnership law; intellectual property, IT, telecoms, media and e-commerce law; tax law; information law; mergers & acquisitions; and international law.
