Clyde & Co advises Thai Plaspac on its acquisition of a majority stake in Sun Packaging Systems

Global law firm Clyde & Co has advised Thai Plaspac Public Company Limited (TPAC) on the acquisition of an 89% stake in Sun Packaging Systems FZC (Sun Packaging). TPAC is a leading manufacturer and distributor of plastic packaging listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Sun Packaging is a UAE-based manufacturer and exporter of integrated packaging solutions.

TPAC's acquisition of Sun Packaging will provide TPAC with its first footprint into the Middle East plastics and packaging market. Clyde & Co acted as sole counsel to TPAC during all stages of the transaction.
