Global law firm Clyde & Co is proud to announce the release of the ABA Directors & Officers Liability Insurance Deskbook, 5th Edition. The book was edited by Martin O’Leary, senior counsel in Clyde & Co’s San Francisco office, and a number of his fellow D&O team members authored chapters providing synopses of important judicial decisions in various jurisdictions on key D&O policy provisions that commonly arise.
