Margaret Ukwu is a litigation lawyer based in Los Angeles and a member of our Trial & Defense team.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Margaret represented multinational technology companies in complex litigation matters across federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Her practice includes advising clients on high-stakes disputes, with a focus on strategic case assessment, risk management, and efficient resolution of disputes.
Prior to practicing law, Margaret worked as a control systems engineer for a large multinational engineering and contracting company, where she developed a strong technical foundation that informs her litigation practice.
