• Advising several of the largest global digital currency exchanges in relation to their regulatory and licensing requirements;
   
• Assisting Australia’s largest digital currency exchange in obtaining its Australian financial service licence;
   
• Drafting, reviewing and uplifting AML/CTF policies for several crypto-native businesses and liaising with AUSTRAC in relation to novel products in the market.
   
• Speaker at key industry events (Australian Cryptocurrency Convention, Australian Defi Association, All Things Blockchain); and
   
• Drafting a submission to Australia’s proposed regulatory landscape for digital asset service providers and products and appearing before a senate committee to provide direction.
