May is an Associate in the Calgary office. She maintains a broad practice in commercial, civil and insurance disputes.

May joined Clyde & Co from a prominent mid-sized firm known for its real estate practice. She worked on various real estate matters including tenancy disputes, residential real estate purchases, real estate development projects, and developer project financing, as well as various foreclosure and condominium matters.

May obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2021. During law school, May participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot and volunteered for the City of Saskatoon’s Equity Lens project through Pro Bono Students Canada. May also served as a research assistant with the College of Law, where she conducted research regarding the impact of Covid-19 restrictions and WHO recommendations on Canadian Border Policy.

May also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary.

Outside of the office, May enjoys a variety of different leisure activities including perfecting new baking recipes, trivia competitions, and travelling to new destinations, particularly to sites of historical or mythological significance.
